Ms. Liu is an associate in Berliner Cohen’s Estate Planning Group.  Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Liu served as a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas Cain of the Santa Clara County Superior Court in the Probate Department.  She also externed at the Sixth District Court of Appeal for the Honorable Justice Nathan Mihara, and at the Santa Clara County Superior Court for the Honorable Jacqueline Arroyo.

Before law school, Ms. Liu worked in finance and business operations for multinational corporations, including Yahoo! Inc.
