Ms. Arguello’s employment law practice encompasses litigation and advice and counsel on such topics such as wrongful termination, sex discrimination, sexual harassment, disability discrimination and harassment, race discrimination and harassment, wage disputes, whistleblower issues, leaves of absence, breach of employment agreements, and breach of confidentiality and nondisclosure agreements between employers and employees.  Ms. Arguello also provides training on prevention of harassment in the workplace.

Her business litigation practice has encompassed unfair competition, misappropriation of trade secrets, fraud, and contract and warranty litigation.

She has represented individuals, executives and businesses in deposition, mediation, and arbitration in both state and federal cases, and before the California Labor Commissioner and the Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board.
