Ms. Palazzolo practices general business litigation, representing clients from a variety of industries in both state and federal courts. In addition to her litigation practice, she counsels individual and corporate clients on bankruptcy matters and has obtained favorable results in various real estate disputes.

Ms. Palazzolo was the recent recipient of the Susan O. Fish Award presented annually by Lincoln Law School, where she is a professor.
