Ms. McHugh has handled a broad range of complex corporate and real estate transactions throughout her years of practice. Her clients include large businesses as well as smaller family owned business interests. Ms. McHugh's practice areas include business planning, formation, and business transactions as well as real estate, estate planning, probate and trust administration.

Prior to attending law school she was employed in the banking and lending industry, providing a strong background in the review of loan transactions, security instruments, contract review and lending and underwriting while focusing on real estate lending, lease and conrtact review as well as review of loan documentation and security instruments.
