Ms. Springgay has been with Berliner Cohen for over thirty years and represents developers and financial institutions in the Silicon Valley. She provides practical counsel and guidance in real estate law with an emphasis on construction lending and loan restructures, land acquisition, sales, and commercial leasing.

Ms. Springgay was recently honored by the Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal as one of the 2010 Women of Influence in Silicon Valley.
