Mr. Niebel is a member of the Firm’s Estate Planning Group. His practice focuses on estate planning, probate, trust administration, business and tax. Mr. Niebel previously served as a judicial extern to The Honorable Marshall Whitley, Superior Court of California, County of Alameda, Probate Division, and as a law clerk in the Tax Division of the United States Attorney’s Office.
