Mr. Niebel represents individuals in a variety estate planning, probate, trust administration, business and tax matters. He previously served as a judicial extern to The Honorable Marshall Whitley in the Probate and Guardianship Division of the Superior Court of California, County of Alameda, and as a law clerk in the Tax Division of the United States Attorney’s Office.
