Ms. Erdodi’s employment law practice encompasses litigation and advice and counsel on such topics as wrongful termination, sex discrimination, sexual harassment, disability discrimination, wage disputes, whistleblower issues, medical leave, breach of employment agreements, and breach of confidentiality agreements between employers and employees.
Her general litigation practice has encompassed unfair competition, misappropriation of trade secrets, and contract and warranty litigation. She has represented clients in deposition and arbitration in both state and federal cases.
