Mr. Taylor practices general business, securities and intellectual property law for corporate clients, including LLCs, partnerships and all other types of business entities. He represents clients in a variety of transactions, from corporate formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, and debt and equity financings to all general matters of the corporate life cycle. Prior to joining Berliner Cohen, Mr. Taylor worked as a corporate bankruptcy associate for a law firm in the Silicon Valley.
