Berliner Cohen Attorneys Are Presenters at NCHRA’s HR West Annual Conference

Three Berliner Cohen attorneys have been selected to present two concurrent sessions at the Northern California Human Resources Association’s 26th Annual Conference, HR West, on April 28, 2010. The conference will take place at the South San Francisco Conference Center from April 26 through April 28.
Roberta Hayashi, Berliner Cohen attorney and employment group leader, will speak on “Pitfalls and Protections of Document Retention Policies,” Christian Picone and Kate Wilson, Berliner Cohen attorneys, will speak on “Handling Information Requests from Government Agencies: Businesses’ Rights and Obligations.”
