Harry Lopez Speaks To Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA)

Harry Lopez, Berliner Cohen partner, will present a class on commercial leasing, “Issues that Should be Considered in Every Commercial Lease Negotiation,” for BOMA Silicon Valley on Thursday, February 3, 2011, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in San Jose. The purpose of this class will be to identify and discuss five categories of issues that are always important to both landlords and tenants – regardless of how large or small the space and/or the tenant.
