California employers need to reduce expenses while preserving the essential parts of their workforce that will enable them to ride out today’s economic storms and prosper in the future.  Experienced employment law attorneys discuss strategies, including:

PRESENTERS: Roberta S. Hayashi, and Kate Wilson, Berliner Cohen

Roberta S. Hayashi has over twenty-five years experience representing Silicon Valley employers in employment and business litigation. She has trial experience in wrongful termination, discrimination, and misappropriation of trade secrets and proprietary information actions in both state and federal court.

Kate Wilson represents companies on employment matters at administrative hearings, fact-finding conferences, and settlement conferences and assists clients in drafting personnel policies, employee handbooks, settlement agreements, and separation and release agreements.
