ULI South Bay Presents Mixed Use Program and Tour

The Urban Land Institute South Bay presents “Before & After: A Mixed Use Makeover Through Design, Development & Infrastructure,” Thursday, June 25, 2009, a building tour, panel discussion and networking event at Santana Row in San Jose. Berliner Cohen is pleased to be a sponsor of this event.
The event begins at 5:00 p.m. at the Hotel Valencia in Santana Row with a panel discussion focusing on the Winchester Boulevard/Stevens Creek corridor and the factors contributing to mixed use success, sustaining success through an economic downturn and the role of infrastructure in a successful mixed use project. Panelists include: Paula Krugmeier, Principal, Bar Architects, panel moderator; Tom Martin, Managing Director, Federal Realty; Kevin Connolly, Transportation Planning Manager, VTA; and Charles Dilworth, Principal, STUDIOS Architecture.
A tour of 300 Santana Row follows the panel discussion at 6:30 p.m., with a networking social at 7:00 p.m. at Rosie McCann’s Irish Pub.
