ULI South Bay “Proforma” Workshop and Holiday Reception

ULI’s South Bay Young Leaders Group will hold a workshop at Berliner Cohen on Thursday, December 10, 2009, 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The program, “The Crunch III – Proforma Analysis & Financial Modeling,” will be broken down in two parts: (1) typical real estate acquisition, valuation, and disposition cash flow analysis for typical core assets, and (2) development of a proforma model.
Following the workshop, Berliner Cohen will be a host of the group’s Holiday Reception and Networking Event at the Loft Bar and Bistro at 7:30 p.m.
