Berliner Cohen will present the Chamber 101 program, “Workplace Crime – Legal Pitfalls and Protections for Employers,” on Thursday, December 10, 2009, at the San Jose Silicon Valley Chamber of Commerce, 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

The session will provide the insights of experienced attorneys into what the employer can and cannot do to protect the workplace, screen potential employees, investigate potential criminal activity, terminate involved employees and seek redress.
