Berliner Attorney Appointed to Supervisors’ Advisory Council

The Merced County Board of Supervisors has appointed Alan Niebel, Berliner Cohen attorney, to serve on its McSwain Municipal Advisory Council (MAC). The McSwain Municipal Advisory Council represents District 3, one of nine supervisorial districts within Merced County.
The McSwain MAC advises the Board of Supervisors on providing services including public health, safety, welfare, public works and planning.
Mr. Niebel’s practice focuses on estate planning, probate and trust administration, asset transfers, tax liabilities, and real property issues, where he assists clients in a broad range of estate planning and tax-related services.
