Berliner’s Peggy Springgay Honored as 2010 Business Journal Woman of Influence

Berliner Cohen is pleased to announce that Peggy Springgay, Berliner Cohen real estate partner, has been selected by the Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal as one of the 2010 Women of Influence in Silicon Valley.  The Journal’s Women of Influence special supplement on March 19 will feature her along with 99 other outstanding Silicon Valley women.  They will be honored at the Journal’s Awards Dinner on April 8.

Ms. Springgay, with Berliner Cohen for over thirty years, represents developers and financial institutions in the Silicon Valley.  She provides practical counsel and guidance in real estate law with an emphasis on construction lending and loan restructures, land acquisition, sales, and commercial leasing.

Ms. Springgay is an active supporter of the American Cancer Society and has served as Team Captain Chairperson and a Team Captain for the Gilroy Relay for Life for several years.  She is the firm’s liaison with Sacred Heart Community Service and is a former Board member of Child Advocates of Silicon Valley.
