Greater Merced Chamber Appoints Berliner Cohen Attorney to Board of Directors

The Greater Merced Chamber of Commerce has appointed Forrest Hansen, Berliner Cohen attorney, as a Director on the organization’s Board of Directors.  The Chamber’s membership is comprised of businesses in the Greater Merced Area helping to promote the economic vitality for Merced County.  www.mercedchamber.com

Mr. Hansen is a member of Berliner Cohen’s Corporate Group and the Business and Real Estate Litigation Groups, with a special emphasis on closely held business entities including partnerships, family limited partnerships, corporations and limited liability companies. 

His service to the community also includes: chairman, Merced Downtown Steering Committee; chairman, Merced Economic Development Advisory Committee; secretary and board member, Greater Merced High Speed Rail Committee; member, CBMC; and treasurer, Active 20 - 30 International.
