Mission Gardens Hosts Presentation on Advance Health Care Directives

Alan Niebel, Berliner Cohen associate, delivered a presentation on January 15, 2009, “The Benefits of Advance Health Care Directives,” to the Parkinson’s Support Group at Amie Marchini’s Mission Gardens in Merced.
Mr. Niebel’s practice focuses on estate planning, probate and trust administration, asset transfers, tax liabilities, and real property issues, where he assists clients in a broad range of estate planning and tax-related services.
Mission Gardens is a residential care facility, but also sponsors a Parkinson’s Support Group. The Parkinson’s Support Group meets on the third Thursday of every month and provides information, support and educational opportunities to individuals diagnosed with Parkinson’s, their families and caregivers.
