Nick Raby Appointed Co-Chair of ULI South Bay Committee

The Urban Land Institute‘s (San Francisco District Council) Young Leaders Group (YLG) has appointed Nicholas Raby, Berliner Cohen associate, co-chair of its newly-created South Bay Programs Committee.  The committee will focus on providing programs for young real estate professionals (under 35 years of age) in the Silicon Valley, including access to ongoing mentoring from real estate leaders and timely educational programs.  Instrumental in the creation of the YLG South Bay Programs Committee, Mr. Raby is also a participating member of the ULI San Francisco Programs Committee.

Mr. Raby represents a variety of clients in commercial real estate transactions with an emphasis on acquisition, disposition and leasing. Prior to joining Berliner Cohen, Mr. Raby worked as an associate for a corporate law firm in San Francisco. During law school, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Stephen V. Manley of the Santa Clara County Superior Court.
