PLI Taps Berliner Cohen Associate for Advisory Group

The Practising Law Institute has selected Berliner Cohen attorneys Kate Wilson to participate on the organization’s Associate Advisory Group. The PLI Associate Advisory Group includes second and third year associates and in house counsel attorneys who will provide PLI with feedback on technology, programs, and business development.
Ms. Wilson is an attorney in the employment law group where she is involved in providing both advice and counsel as well as litigation services for employers. She represents companies on employment matters at administrative hearings, fact-finding conferences, and settlement conferences. She assists clients in drafting personnel policies, employee handbooks, settlement agreements, and separation and release agreements. Ms. Wilson provides training in workforce sexual harassment, discrimination and retaliation, and conducts audits of workplace policies and procedures.
