Representative matters

  • Represented a major sports franchise in negotiating and developing a sports complex
  • Represented the developer of an entertainment facility, including the negotiation of approvals from the public entity, development of the project and negotiation of promoter and management agreement
  • Represented investors in the negotiation to obtain an NFL franchise
  • Represented winery in negotiation with promoter to produce all concerts and shows at the winery
  • Represented winery in negotiation of contract to manage and operate the facility, including food and beverage, concessions, social and corporate events, and sponsorships
