Roberta has over twenty-five years of experience representing Silicon Valley employers in employment and business litigaton. She has trial experience in wrongful termination, discrimination, and misappropriation of trade secrets and proprietary information actions in both state and federal court.

Jennifer Y. Leung, Berliner Cohen
Jennifer advises employers in wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation. and wage disputes. She provides advice and counsel on issues such as sexual harassment, employee handbooks, leaves of absence, meal and rest breaks, employee classification and reduction in force. She represents clients in state and federal court, at mediation and arbitration, before the California Labor Commissioner and before the Worker’s Compensation Appeals Board.

Robert Carrington, Vice President, Employee Benefits, Leavitt Group
Bob joined Leavitt Group in October 2000. His 22-year career has been in the field of employee benefits. Previously, he worked on the insurance carrier side of the business, managing the Northern California sales and service operations for Anthem Health. He was responsible for client relationships ranging from fully insured small groups to a $50 million self-funded union trust fund. His experience also includes managing the Bay Area operations for Fortis Benefits (now Assurant).
