Roberta Hayashi and Kate Wilson, Berliner Cohen attorneys, will address recent legal developments for employers on such topics as employee classification, wage and hour compliance (including the recent Brinker decision, etc.), social media in the workplace, and responding to government audit requests and investigations.
Roberta S. Hayashi has over twenty-five years of experience representing Silicon Valley employers in employment and business litigation. She has trial experience in wrongful termination, discrimination, and misappropriation of trade secrets and proprietary information actions in both state and federal court.
