Berliner Cohen Mourns the Passing of Partner Linda Callon
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our partner, Linda Callon, on Sunday, January 7, 2018.
Linda graduated, cum laude, from the Santa Clara University School of Law in 1980 and joined Berliner Cohen in 1982. Linda represented private clients in the entitlement or regulatory process before governmental organizations for environmental and land use matters and represented public agencies as special counsel on a variety of issues. She was the City Attorney for the City of Gilroy for 25 years.
Linda was a mentor to numerous Berliner attorneys. Linda took the time to work with, guide and support each of her colleagues all while raising her family and remaining active in her community. She is a testament to rewards that come with hard work and dedication to one’s passions in life. She will be greatly missed by her Berliner family.
