Brandy Bettencourt joined Berliner Cohen in 2019. Brandy began her legal career as a Legal Secretary in 2006, while attending classes and obtained her Paralegal degree. In 2012, Brandy obtained her A.A., in Criminal Justice from Merced College. Brandy assists the firm’s attorneys and staff in all areas of estate and wealth planning, entity formation, trust administration, probate matters and on transactions involving real property matters and business transactional work.

• Brandy was born and raised in the Central Valley, in Hilmar, California, where her and her family own a dairy and farmland for over 100 years.
