Julia Covello is an associate with a focus on state and federal court civil litigation, including business and real estate litigation, probate and trust litigation, and other commercial and contractual disputes. As a member of Berliner Cohen’s Litigation Practice Group, Ms. Covello assists clients in all aspects of litigation, including pre-litigation investigation and resolution, discovery, motions practice, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation. Prior to joining Berliner Cohen, Julia represented corporate clients and individuals in state and federal litigation matters in various areas of law, including antitrust, trade secret, and contractual disputes, among others.
