Kim Descamps is an attorney with Berliner Cohen’s Litigation practice. As a litigation attorney, kim has represented clients regarding construction defects, nonpayment on private works, probate and trust litigation, breaches of commercial and residential leases, and internal business disputes. Kim has also represented clients in white collar criminal defense matters, which have included the preparation and filing of motions for diversion, petitions under Penal Code section 290, and the settlement of an action pertaining to alleged violations of the California Fish and Game Code.
