Areas of Focus:

Ms. Nguyen’s practice focuses on estate planning, probate, and trust administration.  She is experienced in drafting both basic and sophisticated estate plans, and has represented trustees, executors, administrators, and beneficiaries in numerous probate and trust administrations.

Prior to joining Berliner Cohen, Ms. Nguyen worked at the Delaware Court of Chancery, Probate Division of the Superior Court of California, and several law firms where she practiced trusts and estates law.

She earned her law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where she was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award and the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence for earning the highest grade in Estate Drafting.

Personal

Ms. Nguyen is a Bay Area native.  In her spare time, she enjoys practicing yoga, baking, and exploring steakhouses.
