Merav Avital-Magen practices commercial and civil litigation in a variety of areas, including securities and M&A related litigation, contract disputes, corporate litigation and real estate litigation.
Merav’s prior practice includes shareholder class actions, derivative litigation, complex arbitrations, SEC investigations, banking, and anti-money laundering compliance, internal investigations, and corporate governance.
Previously Merav clerked for the State Attorney, the Honorable Edna Arbel (Supreme Court Justice of the State of Israel).
Merav is bilingual in Hebrew.
