Mr. Neda is an associate in Berliner Cohen’s Labor and Employment Law Group. Mr. Neda represents employers in both state and federal courts, as well as administrative proceedings before the Department of Labor, the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, the Civil Rights Department, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Mr. Neda also represents employers in disputes involving individual, class, and representative wage-and-hour claims, reasonable accommodations, wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and related matters.
