Milan Neda is an associate in Berliner Cohen’s Labor and Employment Law Group. Milan represents employers in both state and federal courts, as well as administrative proceedings before the Department of Labor, the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, the Civil Rights Department, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
