Milan Neda is an associate in Berliner Cohen’s Labor and Employment Law Group. He represents employers in state and federal courts and in administrative proceedings before the U.S. Department of Labor, the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, the California Civil Rights Department, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
His practice focuses on defending employers in complex class action and representative litigation, including Private Attorneys General Act claims, as well as matters involving wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, workplace accommodations, and related employment disputes.
Milan advises employers on compliance with employment laws, workplace policies, personnel decisions, and other risk-management issues. He also provides annual workplace harassment prevention trainings for clients. He represents employers of all sizes across a broad range of industries, including restaurants, construction, technology, distribution, and manufacturing.
