Myra A. Tanting assists the attorneys within the Employment and Labor Law Dept. practice on all facets of Labor and Employment Law. This includes defense in litigation involving PAGA and wage-and-hour (both individual and collective actions), discrimination, harassment, retaliation and whistle-blowing, and disability and other leave-related issues.
