Ms. Macias is a transactional associate attorney in Berliner Cohen’s Merced Office. Her practice includes estate planning, trust and probate administration, business formation and transactions, leasing, business succession planning, as well as sales and acquisitions of real property. Before joining Berliner, Ms. Macias worked at a litigation defense firm on a variety of matters.
While in law school, Ms. Macias was a certified legal intern in San Diego, where she focused on children in dependency cases and assisted in advocating for the best interest of children in the foster care system. Ms. Macias also volunteered with the Legal Aid Society of San Diego assisting clinic participants with answering unlawful detainer actions and preparation of temporary restraining order petitions.

Ms. Macias enjoys running, hiking, snowboarding, the beach, and spending time with family.
