Berliner Cohen is pleased to welcome Fred A. Silva to the Litigation department in our Modesto office.
Fred has been a business and trust litigation lawyer for most of his career and has tried complex disputes representing businesses and individuals. His practice has also included being the General Counsel for the Stanislaus County Employees’ Retirement Association (StanCERA) for the last 15 years where he has handled StanCERA’s litigation and pension law matters. For the last 8 years, Fred has also been General Counsel for the Oakdale Irrigation District. Fred obtained his law degree from the U.C. Davis School of Law and attended the University of the Pacific where he majored in economics and history.
