We are pleased to welcome Monica Hammer to the Land Use and Municipal Law department in our San Jose office.
Monica is an attorney specializing in municipal law and land use. Her prior practice includes public health, environmental law, and mediation. Representing government entities, her experience includes providing representation and advice on a variety of areas, including CEQA, zoning, licensing, assessment districts, and affordable development agreements. She is a published author in the areas of environmental noise and public health law.
