We are pleased to welcome Julia L. Covello to Berliner Cohen's Litigation department in our San Jose Office.
Julia received her Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Chicago. She then worked for a financial investment advisor before pursuing her J.D. at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where she graduated cum laude in 2020. Julia was also a teaching assistant for appellate advocacy, legal research and writing, and moot court, a staff editor for the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly, and interned at a nonprofit in the Presidio of San Francisco. In 2018, she received the CEB Award for Excellence in Legal Research and Writing. Julia was admitted to the California Bar in January 2021 and her practice area is state and federal court civil litigation.
