Effective 2005, California law (AB 1825) mandates that all employers with 50 or more employees provide sexual harassment prevention training for their managers and/or supervisors every two years. It also requires that new managers and supervisors receive the same training within six months after their hire or promotion. 2013 is a compliance year. Your organization can get ahead of the curve by completing its compliance training for "Recognizing and Preventing Sexual Harassment." Presented in a "You Be the Jury" format, this program is a valuable learning experience for managers, supervisors, and staff of any business size. This unique format provides attendees with the tools and skills to avoid harassment in the workplace, as well as the "big picture" of how harassment claims, investigations, and defenses play out in litigation.
