Carl Pilger, EPIC’s Director of Employee Benefits Compliance
Carl Pilger, EPIC’s Director of Employee Benefits Compliance, is an ERISA attorney who has advised and represented businesses for more than 20 years. Carl graduated from Northwestern University School of Law after which he practiced at three prominent Atlanta law firms. He has focused exclusively on ERISA compliance, including representing his clients in DOL and IRS audits. Most recently Carl served as VP, Legal Counsel at a national insurance brokerage firm for which he spearheaded ERISA and ACA compliance initiatives. He is a subject matter expert in the ACA, having traveled the country speaking to numerous industry groups regarding the law’s complexities.
