Brandon Rebboah is a Partner in Berliner Cohen’s Estate Planning Group. Brandon counsels individuals and families on a variety of estate planning and wealth transfer matters ranging from the formation of living trusts to sophisticated, multi-generational transfers of wealth.
Brandon regularly forms limited liability companies (LLCs) and/or partnerships as a vehicle to hold and transfer intrafamily wealth. He also forms private foundations and creates other charitable vehicles, such as charitable lead trusts (CLTs) and charitable remainder trusts (CRTs), that further clients’ legacy planning goals.
Brandon also advises clients on trust and probate administration matters, particularly corporate fiduciaries.
In 2022, 2023 and 2024, Mr. Rebboah was recognized by Thomson Reuters in its Super Lawyers publication as a “Rising Star” – a recognition given to no more than 2.5 percent of California attorneys.
