Giuliana R. Ferrante is an accomplished litigator who represents her clients through all stages of litigation, from case evaluation through appeals. Her experience covers several practice areas and cases where different practice areas converge, including complex civil litigation, criminal, and real estate matters. Giuliana has first-chaired several civil bench trials, achieving successful judgments for her clients.

Giuliana‘s experience revolves around using nuance in the law, contracts, and facts to create innovative strategies for resolving her clients’ legal disputes. Giuliana also counsels trial attorneys looking to preserve issues for appeal.

As a lifelong Bay Area resident, Giuliana was an honors undergraduate scholar at the University of San Francisco and obtained her law degree from Santa Clara University before her California bar admission in 2016. She has been named to the Thompson Reuters Northern California Rising Stars List each year since 2023.
