Justin Gazzaniga is a trust and estate litigator representing fiduciaries, beneficiaries, heirs, administrators, creditors, and personal representatives in a wide range of disputes including breach of trust, will and trust contests, financial elder abuse, removal actions, and related civil actions. Before focusing on litigation, Justin practiced estate planning which has provided him with a valuable perspective on the administration and resolution of complex estate matters. Justin is committed to helping clients navigate sensitive interfamily conflicts with clarity and practicality.
Prior to his legal career, Justin studied wine and viticulture at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and worked multiple vintages for one of the largest wine producers in the U.S.
