Kevin Landis is an associate in Berliner Cohen’s Labor and Employment Law Group. His employment practice includes representing employers on a variety of legal matters focused on labor and employment issues such as wage-and-hour claims, leaves of absence, reasonable accommodations, wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, employment agreements and contract negotiations, among other related matters. Prior to joining Berliner Cohen, Kevin represented public and private sector unions in various areas of law.
Kevin Landis has been in the Human Resources sphere since 2010. Prior to becoming an attorney, he worked with a global Human Resources company and helped provide his clients with pre-hire and post-hire solutions to ensure compliance with State, Federal, and International laws. This passion is what drove him to pursue law school and become an attorney. Kevin now uses this wide range of experience to help companies avoid legal disputes.
