Ms. Sockolov’s practice focuses on civil litigation. Her experience with corporate clients and individuals spans a variety of legal disputes, ranging from trade secrets litigation and unfair business practices, to torts and contract disputes, among others. Ms. Sockolov is also experienced as counsel in appellate matters, and she has a thorough understanding of the extensive research and preparation required to create persuasive appellate briefs. In addition to her practice, Ms. Sockolov is an adjunct professor at Santa Clara University School of Law where she teaches Legal Research and Writing.
Ms. Sockolov graduated with honors from the University of Illinois College of Law. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic State University.
