Lindsay Walczak is an associate in Berliner Cohen’s Business Litigation and Employment Law Groups. Lindsay Walczak maintains a diverse practice including business, real estate, trust and estate, and employment law.

Lindsay Walczak's employment practice includes representing employers on matters involving wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims. She also assists clients in preemptively addressing employment-related problems, including conducting internal employment audits, assisting in workplace investigations, and preparing employment policies.

In 2020, 2021, and 2022, Lindsay was recognized with selection to the Northern California Rising Stars list. No more than 2.5 percent of lawyers are selected.
