Morgan Wahler is an associate attorney in Berliner Cohen’s Estate Planning Group. Morgan counsels individuals and families of all wealth levels, delivering practical estate planning solutions to build and preserve generational wealth through transfers of property and formation of partnerships and limited liability companies. Additionally, she provides estate administration and probate services, as well as advises clients on a variety of tax matters.
Morgan focuses on listening to the wishes and desires of clients to ensure clarity, continuity, and the most favorable tax outcomes suitable to every client’s unique circumstances.
During law school, Morgan participated in mock trial, competing for four semesters and serving on the board for two. She was also a member of the board for the Women’s Law Caucus. She worked helping first year law students as an academic success fellow for torts, property, criminal law, and constitutional law.
Ms. Wahler is a Bay Area native, graduate of Presentation High School. She is an avid fan of basketball (go Warriors) and volleyball. In her free time, Ms. Wahler enjoys painting, traveling, and playing volleyball.
Some of her favorite destinations, so far, have been Granada, Spain, where she studied abroad as an undergraduate; and Florence, Italy, for its art, history, and food.
