Omeed Rajaee is an associate in Berliner Cohen’s Labor and Employment Law Group. He has successfully represented clients in litigation before state and federal courts, as well as pre-litigation matters and administrative proceedings before agencies such as the Civil Rights Department and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
With respect to his employment practice, his experience includes representing large and small employers in matters involving claims of wrongful termination, retaliation, discrimination, harassment, leaves of absence, and reasonable accommodations, among others. To a lesser extent, he has served in an advice and counsel capacity for clients facing personnel management and training issues.
Prior to joining Berliner Cohen, Omeed represented a range of clients from Fortune 500 companies to public entities in a variety of general litigation matters.
