Shany Klein is a licensed attorney in both California and Israel, bringing twenty years of experience in business, corporate, and commercial law, primarily in Israel. Before joining Berliner Cohen, Shany served as an in-house counsel and partner at a law firm, where she represented individuals, corporations, governmental agencies in both litigation and advisory roles.

Shany holds two LL.M Master of Laws degrees: one in International Business and Trade Law from UC Law SF (formerly UC Hastings), where she received the CALI Excellence Award, and another in Business Law from Reichman University (Israel), graduating Magna Cum Laude.

  • Shany has completed a few full marathons, developing resilience, discipline, perseverance and goal-setting skills that have contributed to her personal and professional growth.
