Berliner Cohen is thrilled to announce that Wendy C. Krog has joined the Litigation Department as a Partner.
Wendy is an experienced litigator and has spent the past thirteen years representing individuals, families, professional fiduciaries, trustees, beneficiaries, heirs, executors, administrators, creditors, corporations, non-profit organizations, conservators, and guardians in a wide range of matters involving trust & estate litigation. Her experience includes but is not limited to, will and trust contests, trustee removal and surcharge actions, contested conservatorships, complex accounting disputes, financial elder abuse actions, judicial construction and modification of trusts, and related civil claims.
