Yao is an estate planning attorney, practicing in all related estate planning areas of the law. Her prior practice includes probate, trust administration, conservatorship, guardianship, business formation, and drafting Wills and Trusts, among others. Her representation extends to elder law estate planning and business transactions. She has deep-rooted ties to the community and committed to serving its residents, having been raised in Merced.
