Iris's employment practice includes litigating and resolving matters in wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims. She has advised clients in employment-related privacy issues and daily operations.In law school, Iris was a law clerk at a law firm, a judicial extern to the Honorable Nathan D. Mihara (Ret.) of the California Sixth District Court of Appeal, an intern at a service company, an intern at the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office, and a public policy extern to Former Secretary of Defense & Director of the CIA, Leon E. Panetta. While in law school, Iris received The CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Research and Writing.
