Berliner Cohen, LLP is pleased to announce that Brandon L. Rebboah has been elected to Partner effective January 1, 2024.
“Brandon has dedicated himself to providing exceptional legal services to our clients and has shown a strong commitment to the Culture at Berliner and the Community we serve,” said Berliner Cohen Managing Partner Jim Cashman. “We are thrilled and proud to welcome Brandon to our partnership.”
Mr. Rebboah counsels individuals and families on a variety of estate planning and wealth transfer matters ranging from the formation of living trusts to sophisticated, multi-generational transfers of wealth. He regularly forms limited liability companies (LLCs) and/or partnerships as a vehicle to hold and transfer intrafamily wealth. He also forms private foundations and creates other charitable vehicles, such as charitable lead trusts (CLTs) and charitable remainder trusts (CRTs), that further clients’ legacy planning goals. In 2022 and 2023, Mr. Rebboah was recognized by Thomson Reuters in its Super Lawyers publication as a “Rising Star” – a recognition given to no more than 2.5 percent of California attorneys.
